The Beach Rose Inn

Not bad at all. Quaint. Cute location. Hard to go wrong here, though. Overall not top tier, but a great place to crash on a whim for the night. AC worked well, cute wraparound porch, but got no briefing on the wifi. Laura is amazing and helpful.

The room was clean, comfortable, and safe. Location is convenient. Not sure what others were expecting, but if you're looking for a simple place to spend the night, this is it.

The location is very convenient, right on the main road. Has a very warm and homey feeling upon entering. The conceirge was very welcoming and helpful when we arrived and checked out. The room itself was very clean and neat. Plenty of pillows and towels. Mini fridge in the room as well which was nice. Would definitely return for another stay.

After 8/9 pm, self check in through call outside if the main door.it was hassel. Room was small and you can not hear anything if next door using shower. Carpet was too old. I can not say good experience but yea,you can work with it if you have no option.

This was not the ordinary chain hotel that you would find or see, it's quite unique. From the outside, you would not see any eye catching big sign or fancy profile outlook of the hotel, if you would to pass by the area. The front desk was not around at night, so if you are arriving late, you gotta call ahead of time. This hotel felt like a big country home. The rooms were all homey and welcoming, each room was oriented with different home decors. It gave us a cozy feeling, feels like a guest room from a friend's house rather than a traditional hotel room. However, the AC/heat unit were very very outdated, and made some level of background noise when it was on, might not be too big of a deal to some people.

The check-in process was all remote, but once I got into the room it was very pleasant, clean, and comfortable. Coffee was offered in the lobby, but not available. I'd happily stay there again.

Wonderful place to stay. In the middle of Wells with easy access to everything. The couple that own it are fabulous and so nice. Rooms are very nice and clean. Big bathroom, frig in room. No coffee maker in room but coffee is available downstairs. No breakfast but with Congdons a 6 minute walk away breakfast is covered

This hotel was cleaner than most 4-star hotels I have visited. The price is amazing but they don’t sacrifice the cleanliness in order to keep the price low. My family and I were very pleased. Although we didn’t spend much time in our room, we were also pleased to find that the cable package had channels that appealed to everyone in the family. At this price, and this level of cleanliness, we WILL be back!
